Central Bank of Iran reported that since starting NIMA system activity, 6.8 bn euros foreign currency has been provided for importing required commodities and services to Iran.

According to the available data, for importing electric, electronic and telecommunication devices to Iran, 1.353 bn euros have been provided through NIMA system and also for importing auto equipment and parts, 1.205 bn euros have been provided by the system.

Other goods groups that NIMA system has provided their foreign currency for importing them to the country are as follows;

Rubber, plastics and materials, cellulose and chemical products 1.132 bn euros
Transportation equipment 677 mn euros
Mineral industries 435 mn euros
Agriculture 253 mn euros
Food stuff, drinks and tobacco 254 mn euros
Petrochemical and liquid gas 179 mn euros
Metal products and home appliances 129 mn euros
Mineral materials 138 mn euros
Textile, leather and clothing 113 mn euros Other items 966 mn euros
