Iran Inflation Rate Stands at 18.4 Percent

Central Bank of Iran reports that the inflation rate during the last twelve months ending up Aban month (October), as compared with the same period of the last year is 18.4 percent.

The abridged results of goods prices and consumer services indexes in Iran's urban regions (according to base year 1395=100) in Aban month of the current is as follows:

Based on the figures, goods prices and consumer services indexes in the urban regions stood at 153.6 in Aban month, showing 3.5 percent increase compared with the previous month.



Also the above-mentioned indexes in Aban month rose 39.9 percent, as compared with a year earlier.



It is worth mentioning the most inflation rate in terms of deciles in Aban month belongs to the tenth decile 21.8 percent and the least returns to the first decile which is 15 percent.
