In his visit with Emil Karanilkolov, Bulgarian Minister of Economy, Masoud Karbasian talked about various cooperation areas between two countries, emphasizing based on the current situation that the periodic chairmanship of the European Union is under Bulgaria, paving the path for developing Iran and Europe exchanges, adding Trump's breaking promise can strengthen collaboration grounds more.
"America's bilateral behavior is a factor to question international accords and the Security Council," Karbasian said. He went on to say that two-sided economic cooperation agreement is prepared to be signed.
Regarding joint venture Irania Minister of Economy said we should be more serious and even was going to be established a joint economic commission to identify two countries' investment opportunities.
He mentioned that there are ۷ free trade zones in Iran, so these trade zones can shape some cooperation with Bulgarian trade zones . Iranian official highlighted that all these interactions require suitable banking relations and we are prepared to create such a favorable atmosphere thoroughly, plus Bulgaria can open branches to have a direct banking relations with Iran.
Karbasian noted that we should take major steps in banking cooperation area and also visiting Iranian banking authorities should be added to Bulgarian delegation itinerary.
