During today's plenary session of the Parliament, the ceiling of finance for projects for the next year (based on Persian calendar) has been determined 30 billion dollars.
It is worth noting that the act has been passed by 167 ayes, 12 nays and 7 abstentions out of 230 present members of the Parliament.
