Faroud Asgari on the World Day of Customs pointed to the World Customs Organization's slogan that is 'safe environment for developing economy', adding Iran's Customs success in the world is as a result of awareness, precise and efforts of all its staff, mentioning that we are proud of obtaining the first place in campaigning smuggling out of all the world 's customs.
He referred to Masoud Karbasian's attempts, Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, for establishing customs' systems, going on to say that Iran's Customs in the current year could achieve the top position regarding implementing electronic customs out of all executive organizations and President Rouhani gave a citation to Iran Customs Administration.
The official stated that making information transparent and people informed is another success of the Administration and the country's trade data is accessible to all people in Iran Customs Administration's portal and also all the customs' approaches and payments are systematic.
Asgari made the remarks that Iran's Customs by attaining custom duty could increase government's revenues and at the present Iran's Customs is the second effective organization for government revenues increase.
