Iran,Belarus to Expand Banking Relations Further

Iran's first Vice President put an emphasis on rejuvenating banking relations with Belarus more and more, pointing to the good and cordial relations between two countries during sanctions era.

In the side lines of the sixteenth Conference of Shanghai Cooperation Organization's Prime Ministers, Es'haq Jahangiri in his visit with Andriy Kabiakov, Belarusian Prime Minister, pointing to the near future trip of Belarusian President to Iran, expressing the hope that solutions for developing bilateral ties will be found.

The official added despite the nuclear deal, America is trying to disrupt the implementation of JCPOC (Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action) and it has threatened some big European banks to avoid cooperating with Iran, but currently Iran is in touch with international banking system. He mentioned it is necessary that Iran-Belarus's banking relations to be revived further.

Iran's first Vice President  stated the the Islamic Republic of Iran has serious determination for expanding both political and economic ties with Belarus.

Jahangiri made the remarks that Iran and Belarus have many fields of cooperation, saying it is necessary in the fourteenth joint commission of two countries' cooperation, the new collaborative areas will be identified and hurdles be removed to pave the path for collaboration development. 

He also referred to Belarusian last two purchase of oil cargos from Iran recently, highlighting Iran is prepared to expand its cooperation with Belarus in oil area and welcomes Belarusian companies' investment in its oil fields.

Belarusian Prime Minister, in his  side, offered his condolences for Iran's earthquake event in the west, considering the Islamic Republic of Iran as the most significant partner of Belarus in the region, stating, Minsk, capital of Belarus, is eager to develop its business and economic relations with Tehran to the highest possible level. 

Andriy Kabiakov said Belarus was under the sanctions by super powers for a while and two countries have a good mutual understanding in this regard, expressing the hope that Iran and Belarus's relations level get promoted more in post-sanction era in comparison with the past.

He pointed to the near future trip of Belarusian President to Iran, mentioning that it is a very significant travel for us and we are planning it to be well as much as possible to make us be able to consider collaborative development strategies.

Kabiakov referred to the fourteenth joint commission of two countries' cooperation which is going to be held in next January, expressing the hope that it helps two sides to provide new collaborative fields for two countries to expand their ties.

Belarusian Prime Minister called Iran as an enriched country in terms of civilization and culture, voicing his satisfaction for having a partner like Iran in the region.
