Iran,Norway's Banking and Financial Cooperation on Agenda

Iran and Norway talked about expanding economic and financial cooperation between two countries' banks and financial institutes.

At a meeting with Norwegian ambassador to Tehran, Mohammad Khazaei, Head of Organization for Investment Economic and Technical Assistance Of Iran, expressed his gratitude for wise stance of European Union such as Norway against nuclear deal and the regional evolutions, stressing deepening and continuing Iran-Norway relations, pointing to very favourable history of two nations' relations.





Khazaei mentioned launching credit lines, cooperating in finance sector, providing financial resources of projects and expanding two countries' banking and financial institutes relations could pave the path for more bilateral collaboration.





Regarding nuclear deal, Norwegian ambassador voiced the complete commitment of Norway to the deal, adding opportunities, cooperation facilities and expansion of all-round ties with Iran is very diverse and suitable.





The official voiced willingness for expanding the existing cooperation with Iran, highlighting opening new season in reciprocal relations particularly in oil, gas, renewable energy, shipping, fisheries and modern agriculture fields as well as private sectors interactions.





During the meeting, economic and financial cooperation plans between two countries' banks and financial institutes were discussed and negotiations concerning launching credit lines were done and also some agreements regarding future plans and negotiations between two sides were obtained.
