Lifting Banking Hurdles for Iranian Merchants in Malaysia on Agenda

Iran's Head of Special Commission of Protection from National Production and Supervision of Principal 44 in parliament in his visit with the chairman of Malaysia's parliament emphasized the removal of banking barriers for Iranian economic activist in Malaysia.

Regarding Iranian parliamentary delegation's travel to Malaysia, Hamidreza Fouladgar, Iran's Head of Special Commission of National Production Support and Supervision of Principal 44 in parliament, said during the trip some members of parliament and economic organizations met and talked with Malaysia's President, stressing promoting the level of economic exchanges between two countries.



He voiced having meeting with Minister of Malaysia's International Trade, Malaysian members of parliament and the official of Agricultural Ministry were some Iranian parliamentary delegation's work plans.



Fouladgar stated expanding Iran-Malaysia's economic relations, supporting Iranian agricultural crops and food industry in exchange for importing palm oil were discussed in a bilateral meeting.



The official added during two-side meetings the removal of banking problems for Iranian economic activists in Malaysia was highlighted.



It is worth noting that Iranian parliamentary delegation paid a visit to Malaysian palm farms, several food companies and research centers during its travel to Malaysia.
