Referring to Iran’s National Organization for Civil Registeration's statistics, Zahedian noted the rate of marriage has decreased since 1389 and if we consider the major age group of marriage between 20 to 24-year, this downward trend will continue up to next five years; therefore, the chance of sharp increase in housing units for next five years is so low.
