Iranian Economy Minister Ali Tayyebnia during a meeting with the head of South Korean Eximbank reached an agreement for financing the constructional and infrastructural projects in the fields of energy, petrochemical, oil and health in Iran.
Representatives and officials of foreign investment organization, the Central Bank, the banking system and official of Korean Eximbank (KEXIM) were present during the meeting that had been preparing a package of loans worth of €۸ billion for the development of Iran’s infrastructure projects within last year.
The Korean part in addition to expressing its interest for financing the projects, during the visit, also showed willing for activities of Korean companies in Iran.
Tayyebnia referring to the positive economic developments and existence of multiple opportunities in Iran stressed that potential capacity of partnership caused that many countries express their willingness for economic and financial cooperation and partnership in industrial projects in Iran.
Iranian Economy Minister said that consistency and seriousness of the Korean side can pave the way for the signed agreements to become operational.
