According to IBENA, Hassan Rouhani ordered executive organizations to facilitate the process of domestic and foreign investment and remove the barriers, especially the unnecessary regulations to attract capital of Iranian residents residing abroad, as well as to speed up the assignment of businesses transfer to the nongovernmental sector.
The President also ordered the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization to take into account the state of rainfall in the current year and provide suitable conditions for the development of tourism and attracting tourists.
According to the order of the President, the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, has also been obliged to take self-sufficiency in basic agricultural products and produce them internally or, if necessary, to produce products in neighboring countries.
In addition, ministries of education and science, research and technology must reduce the hours of purely theoretical training to develop the practical skills of students in educational centers.
According to this order, all the executive organizations, including the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, should take the necessary steps to boost economic, educational and cultural activities as well as to create jobs.
